The Z30 Soarer was sold in America as the Lexus SC300 and SC400, and both share the same 5x114.3 hub and high-offset factory wheels. Owners usually move from the 15 or 16-inch originals to staggered 18s, and the deep factory offset means a lower-offset wheel is needed to fill the arches.

Quick specs
Toyota Soarer / Lexus SC Z30 hub and fastener specifications
A ClubLexus SC thread points to a member's car on these sizes with no fender modifications. The 245/45 R18 front is taller than the factory tyre, so expect the speedometer to read a little low.

Check the exact setup
There is no confirmed range for this car yet. Compare a known wheel with your proposed size and measure both sides.
Common width limit
Measure before ordering
A maximum width has not been confirmed. Tyre shape, ride height and alignment all change the available space.
These figures belong to the setups described here. Combining the widest wheel with either end of the offset range does not guarantee a safe fit. For how ET moves the wheel in and out, read wheel offset explained; for how far the tyre can sit out, see flush, poke and tucked fitment.
Clearance notes
Every factory wheel on this generation sits at ET50, so most aftermarket 18s push the wheel outwards. Check arch-lip clearance on a lowered car before committing.
On ClubLexus, an owner on square 18x9 ET35 wheels reports a slight front rub at full lock even with all four fenders rolled.
Another ClubLexus owner runs 18x8.5 ET25 front and 18x10 ET25 rear with 245/40 R18 and 275/45 R18 tyres, and says the rears rubbed until the fenders were rolled.
The hub bore is 60.1 mm and the wheel nuts are M12x1.5. Wheels with a larger bore need hub-centric rings.
We have not confirmed a factory wheel-nut torque for this generation. Use the figure in the owner's handbook or service manual.

What is the bolt pattern of the Z30 Soarer and Lexus SC300/SC400?+
5x114.3 with a 60.1 mm centre bore and M12x1.5 wheel nuts. The Japanese Soarer and the US Lexus SC use the same pattern.
What size are the factory wheels?+
Most cars, including the 2.5 turbo Soarers, the 4.0 V8s and the Lexus SC, have 16x7 ET50 wheels with 225/55 R16 tyres. The 1994–1996 Soarer 3.0GT has 15x6.5 ET50 wheels with 215/60 R15.
Will 18-inch wheels fit an SC300 without rolling the arches?+
Owners document a staggered 18x9 ET44 front and 18x10 ET49 rear set with no fender work. Lower offsets such as ET35 or ET25 needed rolled fenders, and one square ET35 set still rubbed slightly at full lock.
Why do aftermarket wheels sit so far out compared with the originals?+
The factory wheels are ET50, which is a high offset for a rear-wheel-drive coupe. A wheel at ET35 sits 15 mm further out at the same width, before any extra width is added.
What size tyres does the Toyota Soarer / Lexus SC Z30 have?+
Factory tyre (tire) sizes for the 1991–2000 Toyota Soarer / Lexus SC Z30 are 225/55 R16 and 215/60 R15, depending on trim. Your tyre placard shows the size for your car.
What wheel size does the Toyota Soarer / Lexus SC Z30 use?+
Factory wheels are 16 × 7 inch and 15 × 6.5 inch, depending on trim. The stock table lists the offset for each.
What is the Toyota Soarer / Lexus SC Z30 centre bore?+
60.1 mm. Aftermarket wheels with a larger bore need hub-centric rings sized to it.
