The JZX90 Chaser shares its chassis with the Mark II and Cresta of the same years, and the turbocharged Tourer V is the grade most people build. It left the factory on staggered 16-inch wheels, and owners commonly step up to 17 or 18-inch staggered sets for street and drift use.

Quick specs
Toyota Chaser JZX90 hub and fastener specifications
A Japanese owner fitment register (Private Garage 100) lists these sizes on a JZX90 Chaser Tourer V. The entry does not record ride height or arch work.
The same register lists these sizes on a JZX90 Cresta Tourer V, which shares the Chaser's chassis. This sits well outside the factory wheel position, and the entry does not say what arch or suspension work was done, so treat it as the outer limit.
Width and offset guidance
Offset range
Check the exact setup
There is no confirmed range for this car yet. Compare a known wheel with your proposed size and measure both sides.
Common width limit
Measure before ordering
A maximum width has not been confirmed. Tyre shape, ride height and alignment all change the available space.
These figures belong to the setups described here. Combining the widest wheel with either end of the offset range does not guarantee a safe fit. For how ET moves the wheel in and out, read wheel offset explained; for how far the tyre can sit out, see flush, poke and tucked fitment.
Clearance notes
Tourer V wheels are staggered from the factory: 16x6.5 ET50 front and 16x7.5 ET55 rear. Some databases list a single 16x7.5 ET55 size with 205/55 R16 tyres, which mixes the rear wheel with the front tyre.
Japanese catalogue data lists 205/55 R16 front and 225/50 R16 rear tyres for both the manual and automatic Tourer V.
The rear wheel is 5 mm higher in offset and an inch wider than the front, so a staggered aftermarket set needs a rear offset chosen separately from the front.
The hub bore is 60.1 mm and the wheel nuts are M12x1.5. Wheels with a larger bore need hub-centric rings.
We have not confirmed a factory wheel-nut torque for this generation. Use the figure in the owner's handbook or service manual.
