BuildMyWhip makes AI-generated previews of what your car could look like with different parts, paint and stance. A preview is an illustration, not a promise. It doesn't show whether a part fits, is legal or is safe on your car. Fitment details we show are estimates. Always check fitment, clearances and local rules with a professional before you buy or fit anything.

• You need an account to render. Don't share your account or a beta invite with others.
• You need to be 13 or older to use BuildMyWhip.
• Keep your sign-in details secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

• Only upload photos you took or have permission to use.
• You keep the rights to your photos. You let us use them to make your renders, to fix problems and to keep the 30-day troubleshooting copies described in our privacy policy.
• You can use your renders however you like, including posting them. Free plan renders carry a BuildMyWhip watermark.
• Don't upload anything illegal, anything that shows other people without their permission, or anything meant to mislead, such as a fake damage or insurance photo.

• Renders use credits. New accounts get 2 free credits. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged for money.
• If a render fails, its credits come back automatically.
• If a render comes back but looks wrong, tap “Not right?” within 24 hours. Your first few reports each day are refunded straight away; after that we review them and decide.

• Paid plans (Driver and Builder) renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. The price is shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Each billing period adds that plan's monthly credits. Unused plan credits don't roll over to the next period. On a yearly plan, credits are added once a month.
• Credit packs are a one-off purchase. Their credits don't expire and are used after your plan's credits.
• Cancel any time from your account. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then you move to the free plan and keep any credit-pack credits.
• If something goes wrong with a payment, email us and we'll sort it out. This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Don't try to get around credit limits, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or use it to break the law. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

BuildMyWhip is provided as it is while we build it. Renders can be slow, fail or look off, and we may change or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the service or from decisions made from a preview, including parts you buy. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that can't be excluded.

We may update these terms as the product grows; we'll change the date at the top when we do. You can stop using BuildMyWhip at any time and ask us to delete your data.
