The Felicia is a cheap, light Czech supermini, and most owners keep to 13- and 14-inch wheels or move up to a 15-inch alloy with a lower-profile tyre. Wheel databases list the same four-stud hub for the whole 1994–2001 run, so the 1998 facelift hatchback and the estate take the same wheels as the early cars. Stance builds on wide, low-offset wheels exist, but they usually come with lowered suspension and reworked arch lips.

Quick specs
Skoda Felicia 6U (Typ 791) hub and fastener specifications
A Czech owner documents a 1.3 on Exip 5.5x13 ET36 alloys with 175/60 R13 tyres, chosen over 165/70 R13 for a firmer sidewall and slightly wider stance. It is a factory-equivalent size, so no clearance work is involved.
The size Czech owners most often suggest and run on SkodaHome, and inside the Felicia club's list of usable but not factory-approved 15-inch sizes (5 to 7.25J, ET35 to ET38). One owner reports three years on 195/50 R15 with no inspection problems.
One of several sets fitted to a heavily lowered Felicia featured on Skoda-virt, with a narrow tyre stretched on a 7J rim. The car also had its front arch edges reworked.
BBS RZ wheels with a heavily stretched tyre on the same Skoda-virt show car, which ran lowered sport dampers and trimmed front arch lips. Treat it as a show fitment, not a daily setup.
Dezent 7.5x16 ET35 wheels with 195/45 R16 tyres, also listed on the Skoda-virt show car with lowered suspension and arch work.
Width and offset guidance
Offset range
Check the exact setup
There is no confirmed range for this car yet. Compare a known wheel with your proposed size and measure both sides.
Common width limit
Measure before ordering
A maximum width has not been confirmed. Tyre shape, ride height and alignment all change the available space.
These figures belong to the setups described here. Combining the widest wheel with either end of the offset range does not guarantee a safe fit. For how ET moves the wheel in and out, read wheel offset explained; for how far the tyre can sit out, see flush, poke and tucked fitment.
Clearance notes
Felicia wheels are 4x100 with a 57.1 mm centre bore. Favorits built before 1993 used 4x98, so older Škoda wheels and some aftermarket sets look right but do not fit. Check the PCD before buying second-hand wheels.
The original bolts are M12x1.5, about 23.5 mm long, with a ball-type seat, and Škoda used the same bolt for steel and alloy wheels. Most aftermarket alloys need conical-seat bolts, and thicker alloys need longer bolts.
Don't fit longer bolts than you need at the rear. On the drum-braked rear hubs, a bolt that pokes through can hit the brake shoe adjuster and springs.
Czech approval documents list only 13- and 14-inch sizes. The Felicia club lists 15-inch wheels from 5 to 7.25J at ET35 to ET38 as usable but not approved, and some wheel databases list 15- and 16-inch alternatives. Check what your local inspection rules accept.
The very low-offset and 16-inch setups listed here come from a heavily modified show car with lowered suspension and reworked front arch edges. They are not a bolt-on fit.
The Felicia Fun pickup has different factory tyres (165/80 R13). It is outside the hatchback and estate sizes shown here.

4x100 with a 57.1 mm centre bore. The wheels are held on by M12x1.5 bolts, not studs and nuts.
Does the 1998–2001 facelift Felicia hatchback take different wheels?+
No. Wheel databases list the same bolt pattern, centre bore, bolt thread and factory sizes for the whole 1994–2001 run, for both the hatchback and the estate.
Can I fit 15-inch wheels to a Felicia?+
Yes. Owners commonly run 15-inch wheels around 6 to 7J at ET35 to ET38, with 195/50 R15 or 195/45 R15 tyres. These sizes aren't in the Czech factory approvals, so check your local inspection rules.
Will Škoda Favorit wheels fit a Felicia?+
Only if they are 4x100. Favorits built before 1993 used 4x98, which won't fit a Felicia hub properly.
What torque do Felicia wheel bolts need?+
A Czech owner resource gives 60–90 Nm for the original bolts. We couldn't confirm a single factory figure, so check the handbook for your car.
What size tyres does the Skoda Felicia 6U (Typ 791) have?+
Factory tyre (tire) sizes for the 1994–2001 Skoda Felicia 6U (Typ 791) are 165/70 R13, 175/65 R13 and 175/60 R14, depending on trim. Your tyre placard shows the size for your car.
What wheel size does the Skoda Felicia 6U (Typ 791) use?+
Factory wheels are 13 × 4.5 inch, 13 × 5.5 inch and 14 × 5.5 inch, depending on trim. The stock table lists the offset for each.
What is the Skoda Felicia 6U (Typ 791) centre bore?+
57.1 mm. Aftermarket wheels with a larger bore need hub-centric rings sized to it.
