The XE30 IS commonly uses staggered 18 or 19-inch fitments. The fastener entry below describes the 2013–2020 car: the 2021 facelift changed to wheel bolts, so hardware must be selected by build date.
Documented on an IS300 F Sport with factory suspension and no reported rubbing. This tyre pairing is an early-car example, not a universal facelift tyre recommendation.
Documented on a 2023 IS500 with RS-R coilovers. The owner reports slight rear rubbing.
Width and offset guidance
Offset range
Check the exact setup
There is no confirmed range for this car yet. Compare a known wheel with your proposed size and measure both sides.
Common width limit
Measure before ordering
A maximum width has not been confirmed. Tyre shape, ride height and alignment all change the available space.
These figures belong to the setups described here. Combining the widest wheel with either end of the offset range does not guarantee a safe fit. For how ET moves the wheel in and out, read wheel offset explained; for how far the tyre can sit out, see flush, poke and tucked fitment.
Clearance notes
The schema allows only one fastener type. The displayed nut type applies to 2013–2020 cars only: M12x1.5 nuts, 103 Nm. The 2021 facelift uses M14x1.5 bolts, 140 Nm. Thread and torque are omitted from the shared block to avoid applying either value to every year.
Some aftermarket guides incorrectly describe the facelift hardware as studs and nuts. Lexus's owner's manual explicitly specifies wheel bolts and 140 Nm.
Wheels for the facelift must accommodate the larger bolts and correct seat geometry. Sharing 5x114.3 and a 60.1 mm bore does not make early and late wheel hardware interchangeable.
AWD cars need compatible front and rear rolling circumferences. Retain a verified tyre pairing rather than choosing widths alone.
The factory table covers established early and 2021 facelift packages. Later special-edition and 2026-specific wheel designs are not separately verified.

The facelift uses M14x1.5 wheel bolts, tightened to 140 Nm. Earlier XE30 cars use M12x1.5 nuts at 103 Nm.
What are the factory IS F Sport wheel sizes?+
The early staggered package is 18x8 ET45 front and 18x8.5 ET50 rear. The 2021 facelift 19-inch package is 19x8.5 ET45 front and 19x9.5 ET60 rear.
Can an AWD IS run staggered tyres?+
Yes, factory and aftermarket staggered combinations exist. Front and rear rolling circumference must remain compatible with the AWD system.
What size tyres does the Lexus IS XE30 have?+
Factory tyre (tire) sizes for the 2013–present Lexus IS XE30 are 205/55 R16, 225/45 R17, 225/40 R18, 255/35 R18, 235/45 R18, 235/40 R19 and 265/35 R19, depending on trim, with wider rears on staggered setups. Your tyre placard shows the size for your car.
What is the Lexus IS XE30 centre bore?+
60.1 mm. Aftermarket wheels with a larger bore need hub-centric rings sized to it.
