Honda Accord 10th gen (CV) wheel fitment

The tenth-generation Accord came on 17-inch wheels in LX, EX and most Hybrid trims and on 19s in Sport and Touring form, all at a high factory offset of ET45 to ET50. Owners after a flusher stance usually go wider at 19 or 20 inches, and because every engine was offered on 17s, smaller wheels are also an easy comfort option.

Popular community setups

Starting points for a build. Read the notes with each setup, especially if your car is lowered or has different brakes.

Square 19-inch, OEM-plus

Front and rear
19 × 9.5 inch, ET45 · 255/35 R19

WheelPrice lists 19x9.5 ET45 all round with 255/35 R19 tyres as a popular setup for this chassis. It keeps the factory-style offset but adds an inch of width, so it sits a little further out than the 19-inch Sport wheel.

Staggered 19-inch

Front
19 × 8.5 inch, ET35 · 225/35 R19
Rear
19 × 10 inch, ET35 · 255/35 R19

Listed by WheelPrice as a popular staggered choice. ET35 pushes the wheels 15 mm further out than the factory 19s, so check arch clearance if the car is lowered. Staggered sizes can't be rotated front to rear.

Square 20-inch

Front and rear
20 × 10 inch, ET40 · 275/30 R20

The widest of WheelPrice's popular setups for the 10th gen. The retailer cautions that its low-offset examples are not guaranteed bolt-ons, so check the arches and the tyre's clearance to the strut before buying.

Width and offset guidance

Offset range

Check the exact setup

There is no confirmed range for this car yet. Compare a known wheel with your proposed size and measure both sides.

Common width limit

Measure before ordering

A maximum width has not been confirmed. Tyre shape, ride height and alignment all change the available space.

These figures belong to the setups described here. Combining the widest wheel with either end of the offset range does not guarantee a safe fit. For how ET moves the wheel in and out, read wheel offset explained; for how far the tyre can sit out, see flush, poke and tucked fitment.

Clearance notes

  • Every 10th-gen Accord uses 5x114.3, a 64.1 mm hub bore and M12x1.5 wheel nuts. Aftermarket wheels with a larger bore need 64.1 mm hub-centric rings.
  • Honda lists 17-inch wheels for the EX-L 2.0T as well as the 1.5T and Hybrid models, so factory 17s clear the brakes on every US version. Aftermarket 17s still need checking against the caliper.
  • Factory Honda wheels use ball-seat nuts. Most aftermarket wheels need 60-degree taper nuts instead, so match the nut to the wheel.
  • Factory offsets are ET45 on the 17-inch wheel and ET50 on the 18 and 19-inch wheels. An ET35 wheel at the same width sits 10 to 15 mm further out than these.
  • The 108 Nm wheel-nut torque is from a fitment database rather than Honda's own handbook; check the owner's manual for your car.
  • Check full steering lock and suspension travel with the car loaded. Match wheel load rating, tyre load and speed ratings, fastener seats and brake clearance.

Questions

What is the bolt pattern of the 2018–2022 Accord?

5x114.3, with a 64.1 mm centre bore and M12x1.5 wheel nuts tightened to 108 Nm.

Can I fit 17-inch wheels to an Accord Sport or 2.0T?

Yes. Honda fitted 17x7.5 ET45 wheels with 225/50 R17 tyres to the EX-L 2.0T, so the factory 17s clear the bigger-engined car's brakes. With aftermarket 17s, check the wheel maker's brake clearance for this car.

What tyre suits a 19x9.5 wheel on this Accord?

255/35 R19 is the size WheelPrice lists for a 19x9.5 ET45 square setup. It is close to the factory 235/40 R19 in diameter.

Do 9th-gen Accord wheels fit the 10th gen?

They share the 5x114.3 pattern and 64.1 mm bore. Ninth-gen wheels are mostly ET55, so they sit further in than the 10th-gen's ET45 to ET50 wheels; check caliper clearance before fitting them.

What size tyres does the Honda Accord 10th gen (CV) have?

Factory tyre (tire) sizes for the 2018–2022 Honda Accord 10th gen (CV) are 225/50 R17, 235/40 R19 and 235/45 R18, depending on trim. Your tyre placard shows the size for your car.

What wheel size does the Honda Accord 10th gen (CV) use?

Factory wheels are 17 × 7.5 inch, 19 × 8.5 inch and 18 × 8 inch, depending on trim. The stock table lists the offset for each.

What is the Honda Accord 10th gen (CV) centre bore?

64.1 mm. Aftermarket wheels with a larger bore need hub-centric rings sized to it.

What is the Honda Accord 10th gen (CV) wheel nut torque?

108 Nm (about 80 lb-ft) for the original nuts. Confirm in your handbook, especially with aftermarket wheels or nuts.
