Hub-centric ring size finder

Find a hub-centric or spigot ring size from your car hub and wheel centre bore. Pick a published car guide or enter both diameters in millimetres.

How it works

A centring ring fills the gap between a larger wheel bore and a smaller car hub. Its outside diameter (OD) matches the wheel bore; its inside diameter (ID) matches the hub. Wall thickness is half the difference. Matching nominal bores need no reducing ring. A wheel bore smaller than the hub will not fit over it, and a ring cannot solve that.

A worked example

A wheel with a 73.1 mm bore on a 57.1 mm hub needs a nominal 73.1 × 57.1 mm ring, in OD × ID order. The radial wall thickness is (73.1 − 57.1) ÷ 2 = 8 mm. Confirm the wheel maker's ring design, depth and chamfer before ordering.

Questions

Which ring measurement comes first?

This finder always shows outside diameter first, then inside diameter. The larger number is the wheel centre bore and the smaller is the car hub. Some sellers reverse the order, so check their labels.

Will rings make any wheel fit my car?

No. Rings only address centring on compatible hub-centric wheels. They do not change bolt pattern, offset, load rating, brake clearance or fastener compatibility. Some wheel systems use a different centring method; follow their instructions.

Why is my car missing from the list?

Only published guides with a recorded centre bore appear here. Check your exact model and any hub changes, then enter a measured or manufacturer-confirmed bore manually if needed. Never estimate from the centre cap.
